Full-Service Property Management | March–November The Property Management Program is a structured, season-long landscape care agreement designed for homeowners who prefer consistent, professional maintenance without the need to schedule individual services. From early spring through late fall, your property is maintained on a proactive schedule to ensure it remains clean, refined, and well-managed throughout the season. Program Includes: Weekly lawn mowing and detailed trimming Edging of beds and hard surfaces Blowing of walkways, patios, and driveways Spring and fall seasonal cleanups Shrub and hedge maintenance trimming Light pruning of low-hanging limbs Annual mulch refresh Ongoing bed maintenance and weed control Priority scheduling for Plan clients Services are tailored to property size, layout, landscape density, and goals to maintain a consistent standard of care. Investment & Terms Programs run March through November (9-month agreement) Billed in equal monthly installments Programs begin at $600 per month Pricing adjusted based on property size and scope To maintain route efficiency and service quality, program availability is limited. Service Guidelines: To ensure clarity and consistency, the following apply, Services outside the outlined scope are billed separately Major storm damage, large limb removal, or emergency services are not included Material costs are subject to market pricing at time of service Significant landscape changes or additions may require pricing adjustments A signed service agreement is required prior to program start
