Terms & Conditions

Client Readiness 

        Prior to service please have all animal feces, toys, etc. picked up from the yard as well as anything that may be around such as hoses, bricks, etc. Please have gates unlocked, and access to back yards available.  Keep pets inside and secure during the service.  â€‹

Quotes 

Quotes are an estimate of the project based on materials, labor, and services provided. These are all things subject to change, the final price will be clearly communicated with the client before the work begins.

​Project Terms 

         A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for all projects of $1,000 or more. Deposits secure your project on our schedule and are applied toward the final balance. Projects are not scheduled until the deposit is received.

 

The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise outlined in your proposal.

 

Invoices not paid within 30 days of project completion will incur a 10% late fee applied to the outstanding balance. Any unpaid balances may be subject to additional collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in the recovery of outstanding amounts.

 

We kindly request 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduled projects will be placed in the next available opening.

Material pricing is subject to change based on supplier costs. In the event of significant increases prior to installation, adjustments will be communicated and reflected in the final invoice.

Cancellations

         As an outdoor service provider, scheduling may occasionally shift due to weather conditions. If delays occur, we will communicate promptly and resume work at the earliest suitable opportunity. Weather-related adjustments do not void the agreements or alter payment terms.

Warranties

East Coast Lawn and Landscape offers a full warranty on all planting services. If a plant placed by us does not do well we will come take out/replace free of charge to the client; However it is the clients responsibility to maintain plants to ensure they have a chance to survive.
