Quotes

Quotes are an estimate of the project based on materials, labor, and services provided. These are all things subject to change, the final price will be clearly communicated with the client before the work begins. 

Contracts 

All recurring services will be on a contract. These contracts are final barring approval from client and East Coast Lawn and Landscape administration. All Projects $1,000 or greater are required to be on a contract. These contracts include the final price, any additional services will be an add-on to the contract. 

Cancellations

East Coast Lawn and Landscape may cancel due to inclement weather. This will be communicated to the client as soon as possible. A reschedule will be offered accordingly. Yearly clients may terminate any contract with a required 7 day notice. Weekly accounts must be cancelled with 24 hours notice, or the service will still be charged.

Warranties

East Coast Lawn and Landscape offers a full warranty on all planting services. If a plant placed by us does not do well we will come take out/replace free of charge to the client; However it is the clients responsibility to maintain plants to ensure they have a chance to survive.
